The "4 State Watershed Collaborative" is formed to promote:

• Exchange of scientific information regarding the water quality and ecosystem health of Grand Lake and its tributaries



• Education and training in support of restoring and sustaining water quality, quantity, and ecosystem health throughout the watershed



• Collaborative research among the partners



• Communication, coordination, and collaboration among agencies, universities, and private groups operating in the four states



• Procurement of financial and administrative support for activities identified above
